Step:
1. Warm the teapot with hot water and empty it before you put in 1/3 to 1/4 volume of the tea leaves
2. Add boiling water 100C temperature until the teapot overflows. 3. Discard this water immediately as to clean and heat the tea leaves before the 1st brew

茶品简介:自1949年新中国成立以来,第一片普洱茶是出自1950年代的‘红印’,其中有两个规格,分别为红印圆茶和红印铁饼。这两款茶一直是普洱茶优秀品质的代表,时至今日尚未发现超越其品质者。当年的红印铁饼压制成型较为结实,但经过五十多年陈化之后,茶韵依然丰满怡人,甘香力厚,生津不断,滋味无穷,迷醉不少爱茶人!
吾(注:陈国义先生,下同)用这几年来搜得备用的佳茗,凭三十多年品茗的经验心得,倾尽全力,制作“红印铁饼”,于2015年春面世。
此茶采用紧压成型,目的是传承当年“红印铁饼”风格和保持日后滋味完整。若即时品尝,其茶汤丰满,刚劲有力,蜜韵诱人,滋味平衡持久,耐人寻味,作为勐海茶味特色,大美无言醉知音!
