Step:
1. Warm the teapot with hot water and empty it before you put in 1/3 to 1/4 volume of the tea leaves
2. Add boiling water 100C temperature until the teapot overflows. 3. Discard this water immediately as to clean and heat the tea leaves before the 1st brew

按88青的出厂年份距今已足足存放了三十年之多,最近好几次泡饮过,茶质的表现确是同年份的其他茶少有的品质滋味与乐趣,从茶汤的色泽来看犹如透亮的红宝石,水质清甜厚润;而气味出现了老陈木芳香,滋味丰满饱口,带有梅子香,樟香,柚甘子的混合体。这些复杂的滋味和感受有如一位爱好音乐发烧友,在现场静听着一场大合奏,音色起伏带动旋律还回整个空间,有嘹亮,明快节奏,有清音丽色,更有气若山河之回音,确是可爱,回味无穷。
